Description
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is made from indole-3-carbinol, a phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale. DIM may help reduce the potency of estrogen, thereby decreasing estrogen-like effects, and repair DNA.
Aids in 2-hydroxylation, a process which decreases concentrations of more potent hydroxyestrones (a type of estrogen).*
May help decrease estrogen-like effects in men.*
May help control cycle-related difficulties in women.*
