Ingredients

Chocolate Base:

  • 30g oat flour
  • 20g chocolate whey protein
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 6-7 tbsp almond milk

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 180g Greek yogurt
  • 20g vanilla whey protein
  • 10g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Make the Chocolate Base:

    • Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
    • Mix oat flour, chocolate whey protein, and baking powder in a bowl.
    • Add almond milk gradually until the batter is smooth.
    • Pour the batter into a lined or greased baking dish.
    • Bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

    • Combine Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Layer and Bake Again:

    • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the baked chocolate base.
    • Bake for another 20 minutes at 170°C.
  4. Cool and Slice:

    • Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
    • Slice into 7 portions and serve.
