Ingredients
Chocolate Base:
- 30g oat flour
- 20g chocolate whey protein
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 6-7 tbsp almond milk
Cheesecake Layer:
- 180g Greek yogurt
- 20g vanilla whey protein
- 10g cornstarch

Make the Chocolate Base:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Mix oat flour, chocolate whey protein, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add almond milk gradually until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a lined or greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
- Combine Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Layer and Bake Again:
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the baked chocolate base.
- Bake for another 20 minutes at 170°C.

Cool and Slice:
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Slice into 7 portions and serve.
