  1. Prepare and Freeze:

    • Combine the toasted almond Lean Whey, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and xanthan gum in a bowl. Mix well until fully blended.
    • Pour the mixture into your Creami pint.
    • Place the pint in the freezer and let it freeze overnight.
  2. Blend:

    • Once frozen, take the pint out of the freezer.
    • Blend on the lite ice cream setting until smooth and creamy.
  3. Re-spin:

    • If needed, add a little more milk to the mixture and re-spin to achieve the desired consistency.
